Stealthy, quiet and sleek, the Silent Hunter moves undetected as he approaches his prey. The narrowing of the eyes, the intent focus on what is being stalked, is what I tried to capture here.
Funny story – when my sister came to visit and this sculpture was out in the flower bed along the carport, I was cooking dinner and was running late. So, she asked what she could do to help. I said, “Oh, you could water the flowers.” She went along watering just fine until she saw this piece as she came around the corner of the carport. With those eyes and the intent look, she threw the hose and ran. What a great piece to have in your yard, garden, or living room!
